Succentify

What is Succentify?

Clear answers to the questions people ask about Succentify, its features, pricing and how it compares with spreadsheets.

What is Succentify?

Succentify is sales compensation and incentive compensation management (ICM) software. Teams design commission and bonus plans without code, Succentify calculates every payout from their transaction data on a schedule, routes the results to managers for approval and reports on them. Rules can be written in plain language: the AI plan designer turns them into a calculation workflow.

Who is Succentify for?

Succentify is for organisations whose commission and bonus plans have outgrown spreadsheets: sales operations, compensation and HR teams, and finance. It is used for direct sales teams as well as dealers and business partners, and has dedicated pages for banking, finance, insurance and telecommunications.

What kinds of incentive plans can Succentify calculate?

Succentify calculates sales commissions and bonuses of any shape: percentage commissions, tiered and attainment-based payouts, quota-based plans by person, team and period, ranking-based bonuses (for example, the top three reps get 10% and everyone else 5%) and eligibility rules such as a minimum number of sales per month.

How does the AI plan designer work?

You describe the plan the way you would explain it to a colleague, in your own language. The AI plan designer turns the description into a workflow of steps (filtering, grouping, ranking, calculating and approval) that you can read, test, rearrange by drag and drop and change before it runs.

Which systems does Succentify connect to?

Succentify pulls transactions, people and hierarchies from SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Oracle, SQL Server and Excel files, and tailor-made integrations can be built for systems that are unique to your business.

How are payouts approved and audited?

Calculated payouts are routed to the responsible manager for approval. Every change, calculation and approval is logged, so each figure can be traced back line by line.

Can we test a plan before it goes live?

Yes. Succentify simulates a plan against your real data so you can see its budget impact and the total payable before it goes live, without changing real payouts.

How long does it take to go live?

Typical go-live takes 15 to 30 days on the Free Trial plan, 45 to 60 days on the Growth Pack, and 75 to 90 days for an Enterprise implementation, depending on the number of plans and integrations.

How much does Succentify cost?

Succentify has a 14-day free trial. The Growth Pack costs $14.99 per user per month, billed annually, and Enterprise plans are priced on request. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Where is our data stored and how is it protected?

Every customer gets a dedicated environment, and Succentify runs on PostgreSQL, SQL Server or Oracle. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by roles, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.

How is Succentify different from managing commissions in spreadsheets?

In spreadsheets, data from different systems is copied by hand, formulas break as plans change, and reps cannot see how their pay was calculated. Succentify connects to the source systems, calculates every period automatically, keeps an approval and audit trail, and shows reps their target, progress and earnings.
